Plusieurs chercheurs du projet FLONUDEP ont participé au 13ème symposium international ISHS de la tomate d’industrie et 11ème congrès mondial de la tomate d’industrie, qui se sont tenus à Sirmione (Italie) du 8 au 11 juin 2014 sur le thème « From the field to the consumer plate: working together to shape the future for processed tomato products » (http://www.worldtomatocongress.com/). Plusieurs présentations scientifiques issues des résultats du projet ont été acceptées.
Le 11 Février 2014 la présentation générale des résultats du projet FLONUDEP a eu lieu à l’IAMM, Montpellier, en présence des chercheurs de la communauté scientifique de Montpellier, ainsi que des professionnels de la tomate, des pôles de compétitivité et journalistes régionaux.
La diffusion vers les professionnels a été largement privilégiée, puisque 12 conférences de vulgarisation ont été présentées à leur demande en France (CTCPA, AMITOM, SONITO, CSIF, PEIFL) ou au cours de salons professionnels internationaux en France ou ailleurs (MEDFEL Perpignan, SITEVI Montpellier, SIAMAP Tunis, SIFEL Agadir, SALKONDER Istanbul).

12th ISHS Symposium on the Processing Tomato
"Adapting to a changing world: ideas, challenges and solutions"
Beijing 9-11 June 2012
The organizing committee would like to invite you to take part in the 12th International Symposium on the Processing Tomato to be held alongside with the 10th World Congress on Processing Tomato in Beijing (China) on 9-11 June 2012.
The Symposium is aimed at bringing together academic researchers, students, growers and businessmen from around the world to share the latest knowledge and advances concerning growing and processing tomatoes, through a series of industry-science roundtables, plenary sessions and poster sessions over three days. The symposium is jointly organized by the International Society for Horticultural Science (ISHS), the World Processing Tomato Council (WPTC) and the China Canned Food Industry Association (CCFIA).

Reduced fees are available for scientists presenting their work and four travel grants will be awarded to young scientists from the EU and the Mediterranean area.
